Cricket is divided into various category like domestic and international there are many kind of series played in cricket like world cup and T20 world cup which is played once in 4 years and ipl indian premier league which is played every year in which we have both indian and foreign players.cricket is also again classified into 3 types one day match which is of 50 overs and next it is T20 which is of 20 overs and test matches which is played for 5 days in each day 90 overs is bowled in a game of cricket each over has 6 balls.

In cricket to score a run a batsman has to run between the wickets or hit the ball outside the given boundry if he crosses the line while touching the ground then he/she gets 4 runs if the ball gets over the line without contacting the ground then he gets 6 runs in the same way a batsman said to be out or dismissed if the ball hits the wicket while he was trying to hit then he is called bowled if he hits the wicket by bat by mistake then he is dismissed and said hit-wicket and if the ball makes contact with the wicket while batsman is trying to score a run then he is called run out or if he plays a shot and some one catches it before it contacting the ground then he is said caught out.

In cricket a bowler can bowl only 10 overs in a one day match and 5 overs in a T20 match and the bowler has few restriction if he steps his leg out of the line while bowling then it is said overstepping and the batsman is given an extra run and a free hit. A free hit is a ball where u can hit the ball and if some one catches the ball and you are still not out and if a bowler balls a ball above the head then it is said no-ball and he can bounce the ball only twice in a over first it was one it was recently made to two balls.
